This isn’t pacifying him, though. This is the second time he’s done this and he seems to be doing it at record speed! This needs to be stopped not encouraged.
Trump ain’t running things. I think he might have pushed the thing on paper straws, but I’m sure someone else wrote even that executive order. He’s like little Tommen in Game of Thrones happily scribbling his name on whatever they put in front of him.
