    The plan of democrats:

“Try to win the good billionares”

“throw trans people under the bus”

    “shift further to the right”

“Focus on trumps moral character failings, don’t let policy distract you”

"Make sure to keep the progressives quiet, we can’t have the AOCs getting the jobs of life long do nothing democrats.

obviously democrats, the point is the democrats are working to minimize, the better of their own… and prop up their worse members, and burry their best communicators.

AOC is working to prop up their worse (sic) members and burry (sic) their best communicators?

          Well that’s a shame. I liked her.

Ah yes, AOC is famously leading the party as the most senior ranking member and has a lot of sway with what happens. /s

Don’t play dumb dude, you know what they meant.

The midterms aren’t going to matter if elected Democrats don’t show more spine and slow this shit down RIGHT NOW. Voting no isn’t enough now. They should be leading groups into federal buildings to physically remove musk and crew. The House and Senate should be literally prevented from conducting business until Trump is removed. They need to stop operating from a rules framework. We are at fucking war right now.

And to be clear, I’m usually Mac in this photo.

I hate how vague the terms get when we only need 3:

    1. Progressives - ones that want things to improve

    2. Conservatives - ones that want things to get worse

    3. Dumbass cowards - who are so afraid of change that they’ll refuse to even fix the things conservatives are breaking. They change their own label a lot, but are most widely known as “neoliberals”, “third way Dems”, or “moderates”.

But group 3 is why we need to stop using all the stupid labels, the same fucking people will say you can’t hold them accountable for their past failings because today they have a brand new label.

But what they’re doing clearly hasn’t been working and their self chosen label isn’t why. So just changing the label of neoliberalism again isn’t going to fix anything.

Ken Martin is the new chair and he’s pretty decent.

Still only words, but I don’t think it’s been a month yet, not a lot of time for action.

I’m sorry, what’s the liberal plan again??? #resist? Because I haven’t heard anything else. I mean Christ Hochul won’t even remove Adams.

What’s the lefty plan? I thought it was #resist?

Or wait, we’re supposed to throw soup in doctor’s offices or something, right?

I’ll admit leftists, quite famously, never seem to have a plan other than infighting, but this is literally a meme about how leftists are undermining a liberal plan for the midterms which DOES NOT EXIST. Maybe liberals should stop throwing around more whataboutism than tankies and actually come up with a fucking plan.

mmmm Pretty sure the fucking plan is to get elected? And then, outnumber republiQans in the House and Senate where applicable?

In the absence of literally anything other than the economic boycotts floating on social media as a pipe dream, it seems to be not only achievable but also sound.

It requires leftists to support Democratic candidates though. OR to support a candidate that Democrats can vote for. Either is fine. But it has to be one or the other.

Given the garment-rending “oohhh democracy is so corrupt” “both sides bad bro” “your vote doesn’t matter” whinging our randomly appointed leftist representatives can not quit with, it seems like we’re going to need the whole two years to get anything together.

Again - what’s the alternative. Seriously. Take your time.

Is it amassing at the state house with armor and placards? Possibly a sit-in? Are you suggesting we take over a university administration building? Reading Anarchist’s Cookbook and making some black powder bombs and smoking banana peels? JFC. GI.

              WHAT. What do you got.

Nothing. For the last year, anytime I ask this question, that’s the ultimate answer. You got a nose full of attitude. Great. That’s great, kids. You’ll go far with that. It’s a wonder you haven’t made any headway at all in any aspect of governmental power already.

No, you’re a sad clown. With no ideas.

Thanks for shitting in something you know nothing about. You’re a big boy!

Okay wait - I went to your comments before blocking you and you’re not a troll or an idiot - so what the fuck? Are you literally saying democracy is infeasible?

Do you really just hate the Democrats so much that you dont’ see any way out? Surely you would vote third party or something right?

I dunno. You’re just being a dick so maybe that’s the answer but I thought I’d try just in case.

Every time Republicans have held the absolute minority in government, Dems were hamstrung and couldn’t pass any progressive legislation.

                Somehow the reverse isn’t true.

Therefore Dems don’t dislike what trump is doing. What can be done when the uniparty reveals itself as it has, with Dems rubber-stamping anything Trump does?

Well we’re on .world. so that can’t be discussed per instance rules.

Well I think those in power have taken the peaceful methods of resistance off the table… Jfk quote and all that.

Also not like I can call my leftist representative… Democrats still have some obstructionist power left they refuse to wield because they’re just as beholden to their corporate masters.
