The decision to fire Gen. Charles Q. Brown Jr. reflects the president’s insistence that the military’s leadership is too mired in diversity issues and has lost sight of its combat role.

Hard to imagine this isn’t because of his skin color.

    Ironically this probably has nothing to do with racism and everything to do with installing loyalists in command positions to prevent a future millitary coup

      Of the 8 highest ranking officers, he fired the black man and the woman, keeping 6 white men. Race is pretty clearly part of it.

      I expect to see resegregation of the officer corps.
