That’s it, nothing else happens. They stays fired and no one can do anything about it. Or at least that’s what I expect to happen.
Correct. US Presidents are allowed to break the law concerning “official actions.”
They’re gonna argue it’s an official action and therefore Trump can’t be held liable and meanwhile they have to appoint someone to replace him because he’s still fired.
