    Vote for someone promising to fire “DEI” and that’s what you get, it’s your fault for not knowing you’re part of DEI

    It is sad when a guy who worked for so long doesn’t even know the basics of performance reviews: everything is bullshit from HR and management in order to fire you later. There is no performance, there is no family, and they all discovered that the MAGA family behaves the same way as a bad company.

      The only way I can understand the mental gymnastics is that the right manipulated the “I don’t understand that persons job, I work harder than they do, I don’t like my boss” sentiments, so everyone felt that they were safe but that the people they don’t like would get sacked.
