Right now I get one feed for my instance, one for popular posts and one with everything.

That’s not ideal, I’d like to customise my feed but I don’t see the option for that.

    that’s what Subscriptions is for.

    you can make the “subscribed” your home in preferences / settings / interface / customize tabs in main page

      Thanks! The options are kinda finnicky, I didn’t manage to apply exactly what I selected even after restarting the app, but now my first tab is “Subscriptions” and that’s enough for me.

    I think this is called the “Home” feed, but it might be app dependant. It’s not the same as the “Local” feed.

        That may well be the case … it is not the app I’m using, mainly because I had no idea that this was an app specific post / community, since I read the All feed in my app and respond when I think I can help.

        Sometimes what I respond with is even useful 😇

    On the Web version, you can default your feed to be subscribed communities. You can also change the sort order.
