Had a cocktail hour at my house (well, a cocktail 3 hours), made the Cima Summer cocktail and can vouch for it, fussy but ridiculously delicious.
Fresh pineapple juice (I juiced them), Chinola passion fruit liqueur, El Padrino mezcal joven, the Ancho Reyes Verde, key lime juice fresh (yep juiced all those little ones). A fire tincture of homegrown habanero pepper & achiote paste. Batched the liquor part of it earlier, to make it easier. Slightly more tequila than recipe to make the proportions easier to measure for the number of drinks I expected to make.
