controversial plan
Please just call it “inhumane”. It’s ok to be pro-humanity.
Caring about people being treated like humans is politically incorrect.
But only to countries that are deemed safe for the rejected asylum seeker, right?
Right?
Yes, only safe countries including but not limited to Sudan, Syria, Afghanistan, and the Gaza strip. /s
I thought Syria was safe now outside of the Golan occupied region?
There is a new Islamist regime and Western politicians are wishing for it to be “moderate”. Which it may or may not be, ultimately. Just like the hailed-as-“moderate” new Taliban regime is now making sure that kitchens have no windows, to make women invisible. In any case, I’d say, it’ll take a while before we find out for whom Syria is safe now.
So the EU wants to concentrate deported people In third countries. Maybe ask ask Madagascar if it wants to become a concentration country for the EU, so we can make plans with them…
Why didn’t anybody think of this before?!

That’s right-wing bullshit. The right to asylum is a human right. Asylum-seekers virtually never come with a visa.
asylum for what? most come from nations which arent at war.
There are different and often individual reasons to seek asylum, war is just one. Maybe just inform yourself a little, and do so outside of the right-wing bubble.
Right-wingers act on foregone conclusions that people are automatically worthless if they speak the wrong language/have the wrong religion/have the wrong skin color. And they will do everything to prove it to themselves. That mindset has nothing to do with reality however.
Yeah. Like when you come legally and you need to renew your residency permit, you are not allowed to make an appointment more than a month in advance, but the earliest appointment at the office is given in 6 months…
