Without changing something global in my browser settings?

EDIT: I realize there are ways to accomplish this, and thank you for mentioning them for the benefit of all that read this. I was hoping there was a site setting for it that I missed since it’s an option on other sites and it’s something I’m used to.

    That’s really easy to do with your mouse. Mine has a scoll wheel in the middle, set to open any clicked link in a new tab.
