Incredible to see two Makos in the same frame. Would love to see it getting Data Transport capabilities as the gameplay loop of reporting with it’s camera and live editing sure won’t come anytime soon.
Man, I don’t think I’ve seen any of the Reliant ships in the wild since… ever actually. Might have to rent one to see how they look up close.
Anyone has some experience with them? Are they any fun? I’m asking in general, I don’t care about min-maxing.
I can’t speak much with regard to how well they do in combat other than to say the NPCs versions that I run across in doing missions aren’t terribly difficult to kill. That said, they can be fun to fly and with their large curved cockpit glass they give an unrivaled view to the pilot and co-pilot. My only other observation is to point out that like many other ships they are outdated. They need some TLC to bring them up to the current state of the art. By all means rent one and try it out, but I can’t recommend spending real money on one at this time.
Eh, I still tend to main the Aurora - I’m not worried about it being outdated. Thanks for the write up, I’ll give it a go next time I’m in the game!
Hmm, I’ll definitely make sure to rent one and contribute to some IC reports then. Hopefully some recent reports will help to bring it up in their system. Especially since they’re focusing on bug fixes this year.
I’ve run a Kore for bunker missions over the past couple of years. They have been fixing a few of the annoying bugs lately but yes they still need a gold pass to add physicalized components and locker storage.
