I forgot to take my weekly dose yesterday. I fell asleep watching a movie. I took it tonight - a day late. Next week I plan on going back to Wednesdays, so I’ll take it in 6 days.

I injected above my belly button for the first time today, and actually felt a slight stinging feeling for the first time ever. It was odd but I’ve gotten over my fear of the needle.

I’m excited for next week, since I will go from 5 units to 10 units! I am happy to have some of the food noise silenced, and hoping for more silence.
