      I’ve never seen a white one before. I’m assuming that’s some subspecies like the North American tit, although thinking about it that might be a more orange colour.

        Yeah it’s a Hokkaido subspecies, it went viral some years ago for being cute and, I suppose, Japanese.

      This isn’t one of mine, but lettuce nudibranchs are great algae eaters! Some sea slugs, like the leaf sheep (2), sea bunny slug (3), and fairy/cyerce sea slug (5), eat very specific algae and nothing else. I’ve looked into it. They’re so adorable.

    I get that people don’t like them because they cause mischief, but I would love another universe where they were a lot more pet-friendly.

      You can keep them as pets, but you can’t just take one of them from the wild.

      I have lived in forested areas though in the past and they are semi-domesticated around there because people are constantly giving them food (not the best idea in the world but it happens).

      They will quite happily come into your house.
