“It’s hard to see how Southwest could have violated the notice requirement more. Take these modified historical and movie anecdotes. After God told Adam, ‘[Y]ou must not eat from the tree [in the middle of the garden],’ imagine Adam telling God, ‘I do not eat from the tree in the middle of the garden’ – while an apple core rests at his feet. Or where Gandalf bellows, ‘You shall not pass,’ the Balrog muses, ‘I do not pass,’ while strolling past Gandalf on the Bridge of Khazad-dûm,” Starr wrote, according to CNN.

None of those anecdotes are historical. There’s no historical record that Adam, Gandalf, or even God actually existed.

Clearly this judge failed to account for the religious freedom of Southwest Airlines who believes that espousing pro-life views in public relating to Southwest Airlines as an official employee is a sin.

Not even. She was identifying herself as a SW employee while spouting personal religious views. It’s irrelevant what SW believes… they fired her for making them - in their view- look uncivil.

She also made the mistake of pissing off her union at the same time.

Sounds like Biden should unappoint this clown. They allowed Trump to piss on basically everything he could. Seems like we should be able to void the damage that traitorous criminal did.
