Death/black metal with tidbits of thrash and speed metal from Louisiana! Goatwhore are a beast I haven’t tackled quite yet, but its day will come. >:D So far, this linked track seems to be the best one that stands out immediately to me.

Great song! I tackled this band a little while back. Great band overall, their only shortcomings are little variety between songs in albums, and unmemorable song titles.
Yeah, they don’t ever really quite perfectly land the “squishy” parts of aesthetics and appeal quite as well some bands do, I think they lean into the more boring elements of Sludge’s aesthetic too much for that.
