I think it’s funnier not applying a number to each side, and just going based off of interpretation
Yes, it is certain
“You fall and fucking die.”
“Believe it or not, this thing has 20 different ways to die. Now roll it.”

There’s been a bit of a global jpeg shortage lately since most jpegs are grown in the Mokri Yaly River Valley in Ukraine. I don’t see how we could realistically expect full jpeg until 2025 at the earliest if I’m being honest
It’s actually Джий Пеґг, anglicized as Dzheiy Pegh.
I posted it as a new post to set a good example, get it together OP!
Honestly now I just want to put a normal, numbered d20 into a magic 8-ball and use that
Surprisingly only found one person doing it online. At least within a quick search.

Oh cool. Kinda surprised it’s not a more common idea. But I’ve been thinking it probably wouldn’t be too hard to make your own if you have a 3D printer and know how to use it (I don’t and I don’t)
Would be a really fun thing to bring to D&D night
So 5 do-overs, 5 nos and 10 yeses. That would be OP as a check 🤣
Really depends on how you interpret the do-overs, especially in the moment.
“You fall 200 feet into the canyon below, shattering every bone in your body yet miraculously not dying. Would you like to climb back up and try again?”
That’s just called being a Barbarian
Just imagine if someone used this die, but didn’t tell anyone.
“Okay, what did you get on your attack roll?”
“Better not tell you now”
“Wow, that must be really bad, huh?”“What did you get on your initiative?”
“Yes”
“Huh?”Just role playing an Oracle.

I have a blank D20 that I wrote short phrases onto each face of in order to produce a similar result, with “oh fuck” on the “1” side. Roll for a general feel of how well you did.
I feel like 2&3 should switch and so should 8&9.
I have a spare magic 8 ball that I was planning on cracking open to retrieve the prophecy pearl from inside. Still haven’t cracked it open because idk what the elixir is inside
