So i have purged my comments and post as far as possible with “power Delete Suite” And indeed nothing shows up in my post and comment history. But hen i search for my username on reddit a LOT of my post and comments are still their although not in any of my account history.

I have read that reddit has a limit to only show the last 1000 comments/posts in your history. You would think that after each deletion more old stuff would show up in your history as that is now the last 1000 comments/posts. Seems like this isnt the case though.

Anyone knows how to remove this without deleting every post and comment manually?

EDIT1: Also just tried out using this on google search “site:reddit.com username” this finds also a load more even

There’s no good way to work around this, as the limitation is in Reddit itself. (Likely on purpose.) The options are either to demand Reddit to delete the data itself, or to do it manually (unviable for old accs).

Yeah i noticed this too when subs go public again. but this is different. Some of my post/comments are in subs that have been open for a while now. I am currently using google to search for all these left over post/comments that do not show up in my history using “site:reddit.com username” and delete them all manually for now.

What do you mean by delist? For more content to show up in your comment history?

No they do exist. if i go to that search results my comments and post show up. I can then manually delete them then. Currently at page 13 from google deleting all my comments and post that are left over.

Tried your google search method, and found a bunch of my posts still sticking around, too…

More alarming, though, is that it’s also turning up posts where I upvoted something, but never posted a reply myself. It’s pretty fucked that that information is (apparently) indexable.
