    Reminds me of an old joke:

    An American tells a Russian that people in USA have the freedom of speech and that he even could go to the White House and shout:“Fuck you, Ronald Reagan!”

    The Russian answers:“Oh, we also have freedom of speech. I, too, can go to Kremlin and shout:” Fuck you, Ronald Reagan!"

    I don’t get the joke, could someone elucidate for me? =)

    Side note: in my searching for potential context, I found a powder-coating called “rustic red texture” with the designation “PTB-1937”

    Funny that trying to understand a joke about an old Bolshevik would yield results about an entirely unrelated rustic red
