Americans, on a sidewalk, in a pre-approved protest with all the permits, making sure they don’t bother anyone, otherwise they aren’t allowed to protest: THIS IS WHAT DEMOCRACY LOOKS LIKE
Meanwhile, Nepal is showing us what democracy actually looks like
Rights are seldom acquired by asking nicely. We should be there as a civilization, but the imaginary numbers on the screens of 300 people are more important
a protest should be the first step, it should be a show of force, a “Fix that or else”.
if there is no “or else” then it is just a parade
100%
While these scenes are outrageous, they’re encouraging. The solidarity of the Nepalese people is incredible.
Blocked regionally for copyright from Culture Machine Music, can’t find a redirect.
Crazy. I watched it a day before yesterday and dont remember hearing any music at all. I wonder how they managed to claim a copyright strike on it.
Probably just made some shit up to get it taken down.
I tried vpn in China and it didn’t work either, so I’m not sure it’s regional.
