The Galway school board voted to keep two books in the high school curriculum after complaints. Sucks about the trailhead closure up in Indian lake. I’ve been on that hike multiple times. I can understand where the folks that own the property are coming from though. People leaving trash and bullshit all over the place and then the dog attack… That’s just too fucking much. Hope the DEC can figure out a way to link up back to the trail from state land.
And god damn that sucks about Drome Sound. Used to get all of my drumming stuff from there starting decades and decades and decades ago. Pretty much the only place I go. Losing a piece of fucking history man. Sound like a vulture saying it, but I guess I’m gonna go there and hit up the going out of business sales. Hopefully I don’t tear up.
