Yeah, I’d definitely have to do some research and think about this one for a minute before deciding. If you immediately have full-blown cancer, nah. But if it means you develop cancer at the moment you get the super power, I guess that would be pretty treatable.
In TF2 lore that might actually be canon like this for the Soldier.
