That collision looks more like a racing incident but a time penalty AND 2 penalty points is way too harsh… especially under wet conditions. Stewards have to really get their shit together.

Poor guy had completely lost his tyres and understeered into russell. Still better for the penalty to be on a day when you were not going to score anyway
