For the uninitiated: Western propaganda about Iranian women all forcibly wearing headscarves is exaggerated into oblivion.
It is so blatantly fake that it’s debunked by a few seconds on Youtube:

Or any other video on this channel. Or search the words “Iran walk” on youtube and go to some other channel and you can see a woman without headscarf every 20 seconds in busy areas.

I’ve seen plenty of these videos, that are obviously so concerned about women, will contradict their own claims and include footage of unaccompanied women without a scarf on
do you remember a few years ago when there was a video of a woman being arrested who had stripped down to her underwear? How western media and commentators were almost salivating over it

I get that the media narrative may be one sided but is the info about arrests not true?
We cannot trust the info our news is fed. Even the well intentioned ones. The ones with the wherewithall to call out such campaigns for war, like the nytimes, gave up already. I think israel broke their brain, they had an identity crises and realized they are fascist cunts.
Iran’s government being bad like every govt is beside the point. This instability was fomented by the west after a war on false pretexts by the west, now propagandizing for more bad faith military action. The protesters are pawns of the west, iran will assiciate them with the enemy and rally around the flag.
If the west cared to help they would keep their fucking mouths shut. Nothing good will come from this. People cheering this as democracy coming are removed from reality to say the least. To celebrate the shaw to boot is just ignorance.
There might have been some cop on a power trip once, the US has plenty of em, But can you genuinely look at that video and tell me women are getting arrested for not wearing a headscarf?

here in the united states of america where ice agents are going from door to door raiding homes, abducting people, even murdering citizens in cold blood, it would be exceedingly easy to send a film crew to Miami Florida, clear the streets of anyone who isn’t a “true red-blooded MAGA patriot”, and tell them to party and have a great time. Then they can publish that video and say “Hey look everything’s going great in the united states, nobody is being brutalized by gestapo agents, you won’t find a single incident of that kind here in our heavily curated video”

Surely it can’t be making money from ad revenue. They stage hundreds of hour-long videos with a few thousand views all to brainwash you on Iran. I read so in New York Times.
Is that the motivation? To brainwash me? Because yeah, ad revenue seems unlikely indeed.
I can tell you haven’t watched a single of the hundreds of videos while you confidently type your comments about how smart and right you are.
I’m the last person to call myself smart and right. I’m asking why someone would create hundreds of videos of uneventful street scenes where nothing in particular happens. Seems counterintuitive to me.
