Prednisone is kicking in after four days. I think I have the munchies.

Absolutely basic grilled cheese. Processed everything.

Freezer potato wedges with a mayo, Sriracha, relish, garlic powder and lemons juice sauce.

Fresh made pecan, pumpkin seed, craisin, granola with yogurt.

Who knows what’s next.

As someone with the palate of a five-year-old, this is mint.

Perfect browning on that sandwich, I might add. You do butter or mayo on the outside of your grilled cheeses?

I converted to mayo a number of years ago. For some applications like earlier this week I still do olive oil but my default is mayo. It offers the best universal coverage and browning and crisping. And it’s just easier and cheaper to work with than butter.

Olive oil is one I have yet to delve into… Now that I think about, I think I have some Singles™…

        Thanks for the dinner idea.

I typically use olive oil only for crusty bread. Even the extra mild OO can deliver some flavor to the bread and it can over power highly processed ingredients like air bread and singles.
