Seconded, a lot of these small SWers depend on generous tips to stay afloat, it can be risky and scary for them. So if you like their content, send them some love.
The funny thing about this is that it usually means going to OnlyFans or a similar service. Which of course means that a sizable chunk of your money goes to the service provider instead of to the content creator.
Some only use one of the services, others do sell directly. Personally, I just closed down my Fansly account and I am just buying directly from a couple of creators that do so, and are on the Fediverse.

I would say really only something that provides custom content. Paying someone to get exactly the content you want. Otherwise, no.
