After her fiancé is killed and she is almost sexually assaulted, a woman becomes an avenger of the night, seeking to kill all the dangerous men who would harm women. Meanwhile, her fiancé’s cop brother also seeks to bring down the biker gang associated with the murder.

A baffling movie for which the production started in the late '70s/early '80s. The project was eventually completed in the mid-'90s, but the movie wasn’t released until 2005.

If that wig in the top right of the poster is any indication, this movie is worthy of this category.

Speaking of bad movies, John Rad was the name of Sylvester Stallone’s character in the trashy but slick and high-budget flick “Assassins”, also with Antonio Banderas and Julianne Moore.

That one was directed by Richard Donner, wasn’t it? I have seen it, but hardly remember anything about it. Maybe I should give it a rewatch sometime…

Yes, it’s quite unmemorable. Generic and bland and slick.
If anybody says it’s not that bad, put it side-by-side with other things from the approximate era like Die Hard, Terminator 2 or Heat, and see how it fares. Or even another one of Donner’s own - Lethal Weapon.

Complete with cameo by fake Stan Lee, it looks like.
