I’ve always wondered where the line was, or how blurry it is, between “haha, look at us, we’re the PC masterrace and those are the console peasants” and actual chauvinism…
One is an obvious joke, the other isn’t. Anyone who takes PCMR to the level of racism or chauvinism is a problem, and usually one the rest of the “group” will call out.
And to be clear, I’m using “group” very loosely here, because it’s not like there are any sort of hard line on who is part of PCMR, just wanting a PC and not being able to afford one is “good enough”. Anyone gatekeeping is also a problem.
Exposing nazis is a great passtime for the whole family.
Define Nazi cos I’ve found most peoples definition tends to be “anyone who isn’t as left wing as I am”.

Is socialism the only part you look at? Whether they used capitalism or socialism or any other fiscal ism has very little to do with the fact that it was authoritarian and fascist. Kirk was a horrific figure for anyone to support because he supported the same kinds of authoritarian and fascist doctrine that dominated the Nazi regime. This is to say nothing of his promulgating hateful rhetoric regarding anyone that wasn’t a straight white christian male.
