It’s on the app store, downloaded and it’s got a half decent UI and is fairly stable. Posting from it fright now. Overall, thoughts? Who is this dev!
I’ve been trying it out. Of course there’s still a bit of polish to add, but the overall look and feel is exactly what I was looking for in a Lemmy reader app. Simplistic, large, clear text. I really love how the action/respond buttons dont appear until you tap the comment. Super intuitive.
The only thing missing is 0.18 support, which isn’t really a complaint considering it just started rolling out earlier today. That’s what I get for being on the bleeding edge I guess.
Hello I’m the developer of Summit. If you know any instances on 0.18, please let me know as I would like to test with these. Thanks!
The Lemmy team runs several test instances with the new versions, you may want to test against those in the future. The one I remember off the top of my head is https://enterprise.lemmy.ml/
Edit: See the announcement post for the others.
Ah I’m dumb. I remember actually seeing the post with some test instances. I just didn’t read it.
Oh cool. I think I can support this with a minor change. Thank you!

I do believe they will be releasing on the play store too
Is it better than jerboa?
I think so, it looks better and is easier to read.

Got any link? Isn’t showing in my App Store (Spain).
Thanks man! The tore search is simply not good sometimes.
It was okay, I didn’t like the rounded corners in card view. When I wanna look at memes, I wanna see the whole meme lol
