I haven’t heard that phrase in any context since then. Do parents still say that to their kids?

Yes, this is a literal shower though I just had.

One of my earliest memories is taking a bath and asking my mom why she always told me to wash behind my ears.

Whats it like to be a mod? Reports just show up as messages in your Lemmy inbox, and if a different mod has already addressed the report, the message goes away and you never worry about it.
