Days after ProPublica reported on Justice Samuel Alito’s previously undisclosed private jet trip—funded by a billionaire hedge fund owner whose business has been involved in numerous Supreme Court cases—CNN revealed that Barrett has had financial dealings with the Religious Liberty Initiative (RLI) at Notre Dame Law School.

The US is at the point where government officials are still sheepish about having the public know that they accept bribes. The rich people and corporations already know they accept bribes - that’s why there’s an entire industry for “lobbying”.

Seems to me that since we don’t care enough to stamp out bribery, we must lean into it. Make all judges, elected folks, and various other functionaries wear jumpsuits with patches of the logos of their donors.

I’m honestly surprised they are being so subtle about the bribery why not just give them a giant bag of money with big green $$ printed on the outside? . We know, and they know, there are ZERO consequences for the high priests of the USA.
