Didn’t a court already say this is illegal in California? Something about states not being allowed to give orders to federal agents. If that wasn’t at the Supreme Court, I’m sure they will side with ICE soon enough.

See if you’re a democratic state the federal government has the right to do whatever they want, but if you’re a Republican state the feds can’t do anything. Remember when Biden wanted TX to stop breaking the law at the border but somehow couldn’t do anything about it?
Sounds like they took that into account. They don’t stop the feds from wearing masks, but they withhold local agency cooperation from those who do.
