To all the OPs out there: You don’t have to copy the title verbatim, you can make it easier for your fellow Lemmings by making it less clickbait.
That’s a my bad of not noticing the title, let lemmy generate the titles and do some minor editing but I miss this.
I don’t really understand the decision here, wouldn’t it be better to just put out a notice saying that it won’t see any more updates, discount it, and then move on? A lot of people like it, so I doubt it would require any real work.
Then again, if the OP actually did steal assets, I can understand taking it down to limit liability.
Even if they didn’t steal assets, a copyright suit is a massive pita to defend against

It was already removed for that. I’m just wondering if the accusations weren’t satisfactorily resolved, or if this is something different entirely.
Either way, it’s up to them, but I just think it’s a little odd. It seems like a great game for getting some residual income from.
They’re the developer, or “dev” if you prefer. OP doesn’t make any sense here.
Reminds me of when the Flappy Bird dev removed his game for similar reasons. At least they made a boatload of money.

The game is Only Up, which is like a 3D version of Getting Over It.
I wonder why he removed it instead of just leaving it there as is and not updating it anymore.
