    Ya know, if I WERE a terrorist? This shit would be sooooo easy to game.

    You have 2 cars back to back. First one is all brown people, second car which is right behind them, is all white people.

    The brown people get harassed, and taken out of their car. This causes a scene. Thats when the white people get out, strapped with AK-47s, and start shooting ICE.

    Now you have a traffic clog, because thats how these things are designed as roadblocks. And now you have a 3rd car, many many many car lanes behind all of this refusing to back up. That’s all he has to do. Just look like an idiot, and block traffic from backing up.

    Meanwhile in the front of the roadblock, all of ICE is dead, and now these two cars up front are free to take out guns and just start shooting everyone. No one can move, bumper to bumper traffic. And help can’t get in because of the bumper to bumper traffic. Only way police could arrive is either by helicopter, or on foot.

    Am I the only one who thinks like this? I think of the worst possible outcome, and how close it is to being reality. The only thing stopping this from happening is someone actually doing it. ICE already did all the prep work.

    I’m not advocating for this result. I’m pointing out how horrible this possibility is that ICE would be creating the conditions for.

      People are generally shackled by societal norms, and we’re not at a critical point were enough people are willing to break them en masse.

      It’s like being asked “are you carrying anything that could possibly be used as a weapon?” at an airport.

      • I’ve got my shoes I could do the old W. Bush with
      • Laces and backpack straps for choking
      • Belt for whipping
      • Laptops for blunt force trauma with a battery inside containing as much potential energy as a hand grenade
      • Battery backup
      • Screwdriver set
      • Knitting needles
      • Hell you could even break into a janitors closet in the terminal and get access to fun chemicals

      When it comes to dealing with an occupying army in your streets:

      • We’ve been told since a young age not to mix ammonia and bleach, but those are things you could just buy and they conveniently fit in water balloons
      • You can also just buy hydrochloric acid from Homedepot
      • Caltrops are easy to make, though you could also just slash tires directly
      • You can also just buy gasoline and polystyrene
      • Water electrolysis with table salt will yield an extremely explosive gas and chlorine gas
      • Saw dust in a sealed container with a lit cigarette and a small air pump
      • wax coated metallic sodium suspended above a glass of water on the dash of a car filled with vaporous gasoline outside a rally
      • Not to mention guns, yeah they’re armed too, but for most interactions you’d only need like 20 people
      • Cut rail ties or weld some rebar across them

      Basically anytime you’ve seen a warning not to do something, you could kinda just do what it says not to do.

      My goal here is to highlight the absurdity of the current situation: relative stability of the middle class predicated on the assumption that people lack the means of resistance. It’s not to provide a detailed how to (as this shit is literally highschool textbook chemistry). Adventurism will not get us anywhere, though it will get you killed.
