      Could be a miscolored (and misaligned) rolled down window, but the fact it matches the angle and coloration of the obscured part of her arm (plus the many other problems this image has) makes me think AI hallucination with the small rightmost view of her arm being considered part of the car.

        Certainly its an artefact, it is so blatant I am not sure why it was not removed other than as you say the skin tone plus the shape approximating a wound down window or clutch bag allowing it to be missed on a cursory view. Unless it is a prostitute’s window leaner, a small piece of kit carried to clip onto car windows during rate negotiations for reasons of hygiene.

      Mine does. Online they have a limited set of appointments, but unless that has changed they keep a few urgent/emergency slots open each day for patients who either have a track record of keeping a fifteen minute appointment down to five minutes or oopsidentally leaving an internal organ behind somewhere on vacation in Majorca.
