I feel like porn is an easy thing to avoid through filtering. If you don’t like it, don’t buy it.
Especially since its filtered by default. You need to purposely disable the filter if you want to see it.

Filtering nudity filters porn, but also RPGs with customizable dongs like BG3.
I don’t see any porn games in my Steam Store at all. I also managed to see and buy BG3 without being inundated with porn games, so not sure what you are doing.

Frequent Nudity or Sexual Content and Adult Only Sexual Content is unticked in my settings. Content whose primary feature is nudity and or explicit sexual content are filtered. I don’t think your example would filter out BG3 or games like it.
