Well now that’s a lot more blood than in the Spider-Man games.

    Couple of problems:

    1. No UI, so typically that means, yes, in engine footage, but not real gameplay.

    1. Wolverine shouldn’t be jumping around like Spider-Man, his skeleton is metal for gods sake!

    2. The green kid, Leech, suppresses mutant powers. The healing factor shouldn’t work around him.

    3. Not sure I like how Logan gets bloodied and the blood just… fades off.

+1 for using Marauders as cannon fodder though… They are cybernetically enhanced clones, kill all you want, they’ll make more!

Wolverine has always been shown to be a mobile, little freak. Maybe not Spiderman-pirouetting but he has leaps and schmoves through the battlefield. The fact that his skeleton is metal is a nonfactor (for jumping) because he’s superhumanly strong.

True, but maybe there’s an alternative. Wash it off if he hits water for example.

Tracking mechanics have even been done before in other games!

That’s generally why they keep Leech around, no collars needed. He can’t control his power so it automatically nullifies everyone.

Well a mutant would know that because they can feel their powers being dampened, but a human wouldn’t necessarily know what the green kid’s powers are until they run some tests. Maybe this is early in the story, before the humans know what Leech can do. Maybe the orders were “collar all mutants”, and the grunts aren’t empowered to make their own decisions in the field.

I get they were going for more violent, but the blood is like, distractingly a lot. There’ll be an option to turn it off/down, right?

I believe there will be. Games generally have such options to turn down gore or blood.
