This may not be a lemmy problem, but I made a community on lemmy and subscribed to it with my mastodon account, and it says on mastodon that my subscription is pending. I can’t see on the mod side of this community how to “approve” a subscription. Is this a thing, or is mastodon confused?
I will say, I know it’s the correct community because I can see on mastodon the banner, icon, and sidebar in the community I made, but I can’t see any posts and my subscription is “pending”.

The subscription probably worked automatically, it’s just a bug that it still says ‘pending’. Seems to be a common issue. Make a test post and see if it shows up in your Mastodon account.
