Years of thoughtless industry is the cause and then came along an orange pedo and his billionaire cartel to speed up the process of destroying the only home we have.

The scarier thought for me is the future. It only mildly sucks now in comparison to where this all undoubtedly leads. While the exact details of the fallout are up for debate, the reality of its severity is generally not.

And the ruling class, that have the influence and resources to turn the tide, are all gunning for it apparently.

My guess is the billionaires are counting on the planet getting uninhabitable for most of the people so they can enjoy it exclusively.

They can afford to live in whatever part of the world stays safe or in their bunkers.

They have no ties to any land or government.

I sincerely wish them luck trying to survive in a world without the “lowly” workers who made them rich in the first place and sustained their businesses. No parasite can survive without its host.

I read somewhere that they are trying to buy property in New Zealand and/or investing in lavish bunkers to weather the fallout.

As either would work out for them long term if they don’t have the people around to maintain it. You know… tradespeople.

There are some stories about exploding collars for the service people in their bunkers…

This is lies and propaganda. The mildy explosive starter collar will only be used for new employees during their 10 year probationary period. After that it is switched to a lightly exploding ankle monitor to help with worker retention.
