When I broke my arm as a kid, a shape I still can’t physiologically justify formed in the middle of the arm. It was just a “U” but the arm continued normally after. I don’t know why.

My doctor at the time described it as a “swan neck” break. I’ve tried looking that up just now but all of the first results are people asking whether a swan can break your arm, so I’m not sure whether it’s a widespread term.

Gosh. The crick in its neck here. “Frog in your throat?”

    Incredible agility in its neck.

Such majestic creatures. I love watching them hunt. When they find a target they stretch their neck out and move it side to side in a sort of dance. Too cool.

Thank you. It’s a beautiful time of year and the animals are all getting down, so I have a lot of opportunities.
