I’d love to be able to try this out! Especially if they do a bar-b-que flavor.

Seems like some sort of ad. The article loaded fine on desktop Firefox, not sure what’s going with the mobile version of the site.

It’s a replacement face gasket for a VR headset. Likely for a Quest 3.

What is “potato chip flavour”? Sour Cream and Chives? Salt & Vinegar? Hot Paprika?

You won’t find “Just Potato Chips” on the shelves, and I assume it would be rather bland and boring.

    • I figured it would just be regular plain potato chip flavor (IE potatoes & salt) only because I discovered recently that there is a fad of putting potato chips on salads over in Japan. Though even if that was the case, I feel a lot would be lost in translation, so to speak, since part of the appeal is the added crunch not just the flavor.

It looks like that says “norishio doresshingu” on the front which I think translates to “seaweed (nori) salt (shio) dressing”

Which could be the standard crisp flavour there

Edit: I should have read the article first, it’s right there

*makes potato chips dressing to encourage kids to eat salad

*Flavours it with “two types of seaweed, aromatic aonori (sea laver) and flavor-packed aosa (sea lettuce), along with hints of chili pepper, sesame oil, and clam extract for added complexity”

So it is a seaweed and salt flavor dressing, because the crisps don’t add much to it.
