I’m only wearing occasional linen because I don’t have many. Linen is great, its also expensive.
I love linen. Whenever I find anything linen at the thrift store, I buy it. I can either dye it or modify it to fit something, or just use it for scrap fabric. I love the texture. Even my sheets are linen.
The only bearable fabric in hot, humid climates.
I’m quite partial to a cotton seersucker.
Cotton’s more for summer evenings, I feel, but oh my, yeah not much beats linen on warm humid summer days.
My favorite material! Except I can only wear it when it miraculously shows up cheap in thrift stores 🙁
I think I need to revisit linen. I have one linen dress, but I tend to avoid it because it feels scratchy on my skin. I’ve washed it several times and it still feels rough! Maybe it’s not full linen?

I… Actually have no linen clothes, but those photos look so breathable and comfy. Maybe that’s something I should get some of this summer.
Just need to find some at op shops to align with what I’ve been sticking to for the last 4 years: No brand new clothes except undies and socks.
Is it easy to care for as well? Throw it in the laundry machine on cold, hang it outside in the sun to dry?
You can wash it normally and tumble dry it even, it’s very sturdy. The more you wash it the softer it gets but it doesn’t lose any of its properties. I gave in and bought linen sheets last summer and it was transformative for my hot weather sleeping
It SHOULD be sturdier, but unfortunately linen processed on cotton machinery often fails earlier than it should, which is the majority of linen you would find in cheaper/fast fashion clothes. That doesn’t make it a fragile fabric but it does mean it will wear out before normal linens would
I love linen. I wear linen pants as my house clothes every day, they’re so comfy and they keep getting softer with each wash. I have been buying it in thrift stores whenever I find it for years but unfortunately a lot of it has gone into a “project pile” to be altered in some way and I haven’t gotten around to it.
I love linen and would like to own more of it, but I don’t care for the wrinkling.
And I love those yellow pants. They look so flowy.

I wear a majority of linen items for summer since I moved to a more humid climate. My work dresses are from Quince. They wear beautifully, I just wish they had more colors or any patterns.
One day when I have time I’d like to find a dark coloured pinstripe linen fabric and make a pair of deeply fabulous flappy summer pants
I’ve no idea if there is such a thing as dark coloured pinstripe linen fabric but if there is I’ll find it. My pants will also have pockets
Absolutely team linen. It’s cooler than wearing less, because it gives your skin shade. Some of mine came from Quince too.
