Age verification is okay, but filtering is preempted by Section 230, judges find.

    It’s illegal to filter “harmful” speech but it’s also a prosecutable offense to mention transgender athletes at a sporting event.

    Just need to stay up to date on what does and does not classify as Thought Crimes in the Lone Star State.

    I’m impressed the GOP haven’t been able to subdue the courts yet. I don’t know what the mechanism used to fill them is, but it seems to be quite durable to meddling
