I hope this is okay here. I didn’t see a specific minipainting community with more than 1 member.

Started painting this after resin printing a heroforge mini I made and bought. Just paid for the model file and here we are.

Anyway, spent maybe 5-7 days painting it. I think it looks better in person than from my phone camera (seems to highlight every imperfection, but it actually looks decent compared to what I’ve seen my friends paint). I’m still new to painting minis, but I think I found a life long hobby i enjoy. Hope you like it <3

    Incredible! 👏

    About this:

I didn’t see a specific minipainting community with more than 1 member.

Might be worth crossposting to that too, so it gives more visibility to it and so more people may join in.

I like the idea to put miniatures on bottle thingies (to lazy to look for the correct word)

Nice painjob. Especially the wings. In my experience is really hard to get some shining bright white wings without paint clogging up every detail, so props to you.

Did you do the pose yourself aswell? The combination of the wings and the pose was a great dynamic. Often wings seem so tacked on but I like this silhouette a lot

I did pose the character with HeroForge. But there wasn’t a lot too it, just their standard pose. I actually repainted the wings a number of times bcz I wasn’t happy with it, so there’s like 40 layers of paint on there 🤣
