“⏳ just a sec…” means the native comments plugin is waiting for beforeSubmit to finish its parent↔iframe round-trip. The normal next stage, “please wait…”, only starts after that succeeds.
Sometimes a permanent hang is an unresolved beforeSubmit handshake. might happen in complicated comment plugin enviroment. so users will stuck in “⏳ just a sec…” forever unless refresh the session.
probably, likely errr this is what happened.
