I took my first .20ml dose yesterday and have felt queasy all day. I took one of my anti nausea pills but it didn’t help. I also ate a buttery biscuit sandwich this morning which I regret. I thought about taking a covid test, but my nose has zero mucus in it, I don’t think it would register anything.

I still struggle with constipation. I am taking magnesium and fiber gummies every day -which helps. my poops are a lot smaller than they used to be before semaglutide, but I’m definitely eating less too.

My cheapo scale isn’t working properly anymore. I’m not sure how much to spend for a new scale. I saw one for $45 on Amazon with a 5 year warranty.

I’m just entering my third week and the main side effects I’m noticing seem to be all associated with the “delayed gastric emptying”. It used to be that I could eat an enormous meal and I would stop being full relatively quickly. Now I feel full all the time even if I haven’t eaten for a full day which blows my mind. For me I believe my gut flora are converting to a lot more fermentation which has led to a lot of cramps (and heavy winds). My doctor told me to stay extra hydrated and that when I do get hungry not to overdo it since the food will be sticking around much longer now. Feels like a brick is lodged in my GI tract constantly, so I just want to minimize the size of that brick. So in a way constipation is a feature not a bug. I think I’ll try the electrolytes (Mg), but I’m scared to use a bulk-forming fiber supplement for fear it’d just grow the brick. If the electrolytes don’t help maybe I’ll ask my doc about a stool softener.

Good luck! Hope we both find success reducing our risks for cardiovascular diseases.
