    Oh it’s even worse than the article says. Ukraine’s disruption of the flow of oil using strikes on refineries, depots, terminals and the river oil tanker network means that the oil has stopped pumping from many of the oil fields. It’s my understanding you can’t just restart the pumps in those wells, you need to drill new wells and Russia doesn’t have the technology to do that. And with the sanctions, they can’t get anyone with the technology to do it for them.

    They are well and truly fucked.

      Really doesn’t take much explosives to make a refinery go up if you know the right place to hit.
