    I kinda hate the term vanlife

    We fulltimers need to “reclaim” the word from the insta/YT influencer crowd.

    This is day 1,774 offgrid for me.

      We have 4x200 watt Renogy panels on the roof for a total of 800 watts of solar. I DIYed a Lifepo4 battery using 4x272 amp hour 3.2 volt Lishen cells for a 12.8 volt nominal battery that can provide roughly 3500 watt hours of energy. The cells are managed with an Overkill Solar BMS.

    I did that for a couple of years on and off. It’s not bad, when you can get cell phone service. Depends on the area, too.

      Everyone’s upgrading to starlink lately. Lack of cell service is a thing of the past.
