What do the characters say/mean?

First off its a web comic, not a meme. Second it was cropped poorly so you don’t get the payoff. OP is trash and should feel bad.

That and just the animals they are. Frogs can stick to walls, and goats can climb up incredibly steep inclines. It’s not a perfect right angle, so the goat is able to walk on it.
with how wide the ledges are on those bricks a goat might be able to climb it regardless
