Full title: The remains of the “Romandisea Titanic” construction project, a Chinese replica of the famous ship which was meant to be permanently docked on the Qijiang River as a hotel. Construction began in 2015, but was later halted. The project remains abandoned to this day.

Quick scroll through the OP accounts history, its all reposted stuff from reddit, with very few comments. So even if its not sanitation, its another unmarked reddit repost bot account for sure.
