There’s a theory that we are all the same soul. A being that when we die, goes to a plain of reality where we meet another unknown being (possibly ourselves) we then begin to remember what we are doing and glimpses of our past lives. We remember our mission, which is to live every life possible. Every stranger you have ever met, every interaction, you have or will, you will live their life as well so no matter what you do in life you should try and help others because your helping yourself. It’s intriguing to me.

I remember seeing this in a 4chan Greentext like a decade ago. Thanks for reminding me about it FUCKER!
Here’s a version of it from Andy Weir. I don’t know if he is the progenitor of this idea but his take is great
Greasy and disheveled.
I lost my weak flesh but I gained these strong bones.
“Meh.”
“I’m sorry, do I know you? Sorry, no offense, it’s just the whole uh, made of bones thing.”
“OH, has it been that long? Please, have a seat, we have much to talk about.”
“This chair is made of bones! Did I know him too??”
“No, that’s just the chicken I had earlier. Please, sit, I incist.”
“Next question?”
Well now, you are looking awfully naked there Mr. The Red Skull. Howsabout we finish this conversation over by the Soul Stone.
