    Those are words I recognize but the sentence makes no sense.

    Are they saying they never sent the letters? Are they saying that they wrote them but never approved sending? Are they saying that the director demands the sacrifice of 2 board members and they don’t approve? Are they saying that sent Dump demands but the board didn’t approve?
